There is not much to say, if your primary goal is to gain strength.. Then this session is for you! You will be moving heavier weights than in other group fitness sessions and your body will thank you for it.

 
 

What to know:

- 10:15 am every Saturday

- Bring a drink bottle and towel to each session. If you like to wear lifting gloves, you are more than welcome to bring them also

- Bring a friend! Training is much more fun with others, but if you can't drag someone along, never fear, there will be many other friendly faces in the same boat

- No experience needed, caters for total beginners to advanced

- Before anybody asks.. No this session won't make girls look 'bulky' ;) Just super strong
