What to know:

- 7pm every Monday and Wednesday

- You must book before you come, either by contacting me by mobile or online

- Bring a drink bottle, sweat towel and gloves (if you have them, no problems if not)

- Bring a friend! Training is much more fun with others, but if you can't drag someone along, never fear, there will be many other friendly faces in the same boat

- No experience needed, caters for total beginners to advanced

- No contact! This session is designed to improve technique and fitness, not to hit anybody else.
