What can be said about this Kettlebell program? It's the ultimate love/hate session. You love it because you see results quickly and the session goes fast. You hate it because... well, it's just tough.

What to know:

- 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday

- You must book before you come, either by contacting me by mobile or online

- Bring a drink bottle, sweat towel and weight lifting gloves (personal preference)

- Bring a friend! Training is much more fun with others, but if you can't drag someone along, never fear, there will be many other friendly faces in the same boat

- No experience needed, caters for total beginners to advanced

- One-on-One sessions available by request
