Hard Core is made specifically to strengthen the core muscles of your body, this session is perfect for increasing strength, injury prevention and getting those amazing six-pack abs.


What to know:

- 6:15pm every Tuesday and 10:15am every Sunday

- You must book before you come, either by contacting me by mobile or online

- Bring a drink bottle and a sweat towel

- Bring a friend! Training is much more fun with others, but if you can't drag someone along, never fear, there will be many other friendly faces in the same boat

- No experience needed, caters for total beginners to advanced

- One-on-One sessions available by request
