Functional Training is the ultimate mix of strength and cardio training! It can be identified as similar to 'Boot Camp' style fitness. It involves body weight strength exercises, weighted strength training, short bursts of running and other cardiovascular exercises (all of which can be adapted for anyone that needs it)

Functional Training runs six separate time slots every week and you have access to ALL of them

We train in 4 week blocks starting on the first Monday of each month

Paying a set fee (less than $5 per session) allows you access to ALL sessions

Suitable to early risers and well as night owls with sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15am and 6:15pm 

This program is for ANYONE, whether you have never exercised a day in your life all the way to elite athletes, the program is designed to work at your own maximum pace

We train at the CHPT gym in town or head out to the park on sunny days
