Between our trainers, we have over two decades of experience in combat sports, we know what it takes to be 'fighting fit' so why train anywhere else? These sessions are affordable, fun and fast paced. Come and join in!


What to know:

- 6:15am every Thursday 

- You must book before you come, either by contacting us by mobile or online

- Bring a drink bottle, sweat towel and gloves (if you have them, no problems if not)

- Bring a friend! Training is much more fun with others, but if you can't drag someone along, never fear, there will be many other friendly faces in the same boat

- No experience needed, caters for total beginners to advanced

- No contact! This session is designed to improve strength & fitness

- One-on-One sessions available by request
