Favorite Session - Very difficult to choose! I'm a huge fan of all the sessions at CHPT, each offers its own unique benefits but I am particularly fond of my Fighting Fit session of course! You get a mixture of the other sessions condensed into one full body workout!
Fitness goals - I'm always looking to improve my fitness for my fights but working alongside Cory at the moment we've got a big focus on improving our strength in our big lifts (Squat, Bench and Deadlift) without sacrificing our cardio!
Favorite Cheat Meal - I could never narrow it down to one! But I am very keen on the quesadillas at Zambrero
Personal Achievements - Ahh well I'm a huge sports fan there aren't many I haven't played throughout my youth. I've won Best and Fairest a few times and goal scoring awards playing soccer for Launceston City, but my biggest achievements have probably come in Martial arts. I've won my division in some state Jiu jitsu Comps, I've contended for Titles and had more MMA Fights in Tasmania than anyone as far as I know!
Least Favorite Exercise - Hmmm I'm not sure If there's many if any I dislike as such.. but repeatedly kicking Thai pads is bloody murder!
Sporting Heroes - Haha as I said I'm a huge sports fan so I have several but in no particular order... Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Anderson Silva, Roger Federer , Matthew Richardson, Conor McGregor and the "Don't argue" king Dustin Martin!
Favorite Workout Song - Just about anything from the Rocky movies fires me up! But Warrior by Disturbed is my fight walkout song so probably that
Time of day to train - Whenever Cory and I are both free I'm there!
Something that your clients might not know about you - I love to read, give me some spare time,something to read that i enjoy and I'll inhale it in a day! I also used to play the violin when I was younger that usually shocks people haha
